We have available to let a number of container self-storage units located on a site on 23a Eastern Way, Eastern Way Industrial Estate, Bury St. Edmunds, IP32 7AB in a secluded location. This gives easy access to the A14, Town Centre and residential areas of the town.

The containers are in a secure location covered by security lighting. Each container has a personalised lock giving the tenant adequate security. The location is a clean, secure and tidy site and easily accessible for pedestrians, motor vehicles and small commercial vehicles.

The containers can be used for any storage purposes but will exclude hazardous substances and the landlords reserve the right to refuse or terminate the rental arrangements for inappropriate uses.

The sight is accessible Monday-Friday between 8:00 - 20:00 and Saturday & Sunday 10:00 - 16:00 and currently are all let for a variety of uses.

The 10ft containers are available for £115.00 per month (no VAT).
The 20ft containers are available for £165.00 per month (no VAT).

The rental agreement consists of an initial fixed 1 month period and then continues as a “rolling” agreement with 1 months’ notice on either party.

The nearby regional towns of Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds and Thetford have an extensive and more diverse range of facilities. Newmarket (10 miles) and London to the South and South West. Bury St Edmunds (12 miles) to the East can be reached via the A14 East-West trunk road linking East Anglia with the Midlands.
