This covers all aspects of operating and maintaining Mount Battenhall (including external building maintenance, buildings insurance, external window cleaning, communal area maintenance and running expenses, refuse collection, garden and grounds maintenance, daily concierge service, 24-hour on-site staffing, 1½ hours' domestic help per week, and a management fee).
There is a peppercorn ground rent, but no actual charge is made for this.
Charges when Leaving or Selling the Property
