Leaving Exeter, at the countess wear roundabout, proceed following signposts for the A38. At the Devon Hotel roundabout, at Matford, take the first turning left. Continue, following signs to Kennford. On entering the village, pass Partridge Cycles on the right-hand side. The property will be found after a short distance on the left hand side.
