Henry Adams East Wittering
Welcome to Henry Adams, we're here to help you.

Started in 1990 with just one office in Chichester, dealing in agriculture and property management. Now with a network of offices across Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey, we have grown into one of the leading multi discipline firms of estate agents and chartered surveyors in the region. We now offer a very wide range of services which is without parallel in the region.

Over a period of many years we have built up an enviable reputation for excellence, embracing the latest technology and combining strong, innovative marketing techniques with practical advice and sound agency practice. Each member of our team plays a vital role - true specialists for whom reputation, relationships, innovation and service matter.

Check out our 'recently sold properties' tab on the left hand side to see some recent successes...

Apart from our day to day office duties, we also work very hard to contribute to local good causes, schools and clubs wherever possible. Below you will find a few examples of our recent community work.....

Witterings & District Bowls Club

We help the Witterings & District Bowls Club by advertising their annual open day each year. It is a free event for anyone to pop along and try the sport. All ages and abilities are welcome with refreshments and coaching available on the day!

West Wittering Primary School

We have also been working with different classes at West Wittering Primary School helping to introduce different projects to the children. In one example, with guidance and preliminary advice from us, the children produced a brochure describing a fictitious property in its position within the local area. The teacher brought the children's work into the office for judging with medals and certificates being awarded during a presentation in the classroom.

We also sponsor their summer fund raising fairs.

East Wittering Primary School

We have been proud to support East Wittering Primary School and have worked with the staff to sponsor projects for all age groups at the school, conducting a launch assembly, judging the children's work and presenting prizes to the winning children.

We have also helped to raise funds for the school at their summer fete and Christmas Fairs

The Royal British Legion

We are also proud to support the local Royal British Legion in advertising their Armed Forces Day in June each year, as well as the annual Armistice Day celebrations. These events are used to raise funds to support ex service men and women in life after service.

Bracklesham Bay Community Association

We are proud contributors to the Bracklesham Bay Community Association (BBCA) a local registered charity who raise funds to help provide activities for local residents. We have been helping by sponsoring and advertising their annual fund raising 'Fun Days'  since 2013.

The 2016 Fun Day will be held on Saturday 13th August.

St Anne's Church, East Wittering

We are delighted to support St Anne's Church each year by helping to advertise their summer and Christmas fairs.

Brent Lodge Wildlife Hospital

Brent Lodge is a local registered charity operating a bird and wildlife hospital in Sidlesham. The fundraising events provide a vital source of income for the charity and we are pleased to help by providing free advertising.
