Description

Vendor Comment: I’ve enjoyed every second of living here – the windows leading out onto the balcony have really made my flat feel special, especially in summer when sunlight streams into the rooms, and you can enjoy breakfast or watch the world go by on the balcony. The flat has a number of original features, there is some beautiful cornicing and two lovely fireplaces in both the lounge and bedroom. The high ceilings make the flat feel so bright and spacious, and the 7ft wide double doors allow for flexibility in the space, to have two separate rooms or for more ‘open plan’ living.
The location is great here too. I am only a short walk away from Clifton Village, the Triangle and Whiteladies Road with the many cafes, restaurants, pubs, and museums/ galleries – there really is something for everyone.

I’ve enjoyed hosting friends and showing them how many amazing things are on the doorstep, my personal favourite being an early morning stroll towards Clifton Observatory to watch the mass ascent during the balloon festival, with the Suspension Bridge in the background – the perfect picture of Bristol! Despite being so close to the city centre, the area manages to keep a community feel – frequently crossing paths with the same people when out walking, and familiar faces at events in the area such as yoga at the Clifton Observatory or Christmas events. Within the building itself, there are two flats above and two flats below. Both the landlords of the flats and neighbours in the building are lovely. Together, the owners of the flats form the management company for the building, and this year we have had a new roof fitted. I am genuinely sad to leave this beautiful flat that holds many happy memories for me. I hope the future owner will enjoy spending time in this lovely home as much as I have over the years.
