The properties are all fully furnished and start from £85,000, which includes attractive external decking, delivered to site and ready to move into! These these lodges are not mortgageable and have a ground rent and annual service charge of between £2500 and £3000 per annum which includes grounds maintenance and upkeep along with water rates.

The lodge park area within High Meadows Farm Park sits adjacent to a beautiful touring caravan field operated under The Caravan Club banner and also an independently operated Farm Shop serving local produce, fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee and cakes.

GOOD TO KNOW -
