adopted on 19th October 2017, the site is identified as an

vicinity have taken place on land designated as part of a

mixed use York Business Park, which is strategically situated
fronting onto the York Outer Ring Road (A1237) approximately
3.2 miles to the west of York City Centre and circa 4.4 miles
from the A64.

including motor dealerships, office occupiers and industrial/
warehouse users, as well as a host of onsite amenities.
