5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location near Hove Station connection for trains and buses, as well as Hove centre. The area is quiet and convenient for transport.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yiannis is very helpful in sorting out the problems always friendly and dedicated to assisting us. The whole team always tries their best to help with anything needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Homebox bills set up was problematic as overpaid significantly for months without being able to access accurat usage bills. Despite this, we still love the flat and overall building and would recommend living here.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location is well connected to Brighton centre. It also encourages to use bike more often which I like. Also hove main street is 5min away so no need to go to Brighton centre for daily shopping
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have had a good experience when we first moved in, but now that the building is filling up I believe the finance, homebox for utilities and people who fix things in the building are understaffed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I can't think of anything at the moment... all good

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location, close to train station and bus stops! Nearby to shops and cafes which is very convenient
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Repairs have been quick, however front of house requests are sometimes not responded too. Travel incentives offered however not applied to account resulting in being chased for money we do not owe, despite muiltple requests for this to be applied to account.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How the ultiky billing works, took a few months to be set up to pay what we are using however it works now. Additionally have found the paint in the apartments mark very easily wish they had used harder wearing paint. However overall a great place to live!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local area is good. No issues with the local area and the city. Close to the station as advertised and the transportation is easy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They did not get back. Hence I’m writing here. I opened up maintenance requests they closed 3 times. You can’t sleep radiators are squeaking. You either turn them off or listen 24/7. It is horrendous. They said every flat has it they can’t do anything about it. The pipes are expending we know it isn’t. There is no transparent and honest answer. The issue is with the contractors. But tenants are not taken into account. I was expecting respect and an explanation the least.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
They can’t resolve the maintenance issues. It’s been very hard to get through them. Contractor abandoned and will not do the maintenance. They don’t do anything not to breach the warranty. They tell tenants all sorts of unrealistic reasons and how it is not possible.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is fantastic with a welcoming neighborhood feel. It’s very close to the station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Brighton and to my university. The local amenities, including shops and restaurants, meet all my needs, and everything is easily accessible.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Living here has been a wonderful experience, thanks to the excellent building management and supportive reception team. They truly go above and beyond to help with any issues I have, listening with empathy and ensuring my needs are met. I especially appreciate Dan from the reception team, who is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping residents feel comfortable and supported. This positive experience with the team makes a real difference, enhancing the overall quality of living in this well-maintained building.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing. Everything was well mentioned and I am happy with my decision.
