THE VILLA

The ground floor boasts a large, light and airy living room. Glass sliding doors open onto a large terrace with a pool with windows looking out to the garden. There is a guest powder room is also located on the ground floor.

Also on the ground floor is a downstairs double bedroom with glass sliding doors onto the terrace and pool. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes, ensuite and shower. The entrance hall is modern and very spacious leading to fully fitted kitchen and dining room. In the kitchen one can open the glass sliding doors onto the terrace and pool. The kitchen is fitted with 3 fridges, an electric hob, double ovens and 1 1/2 sinks.
