In the heart of one of the most prestigious towns in the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, surrounded by spectacular scenery overlooking the Piedmont vineyards and the Alpine mountains, "Casa Museo", as many call it, is hidden in a corner of a quiet courtyard in the heart of the delightful medieval village of Neive. The property is unique and beautifully restored, an example of modern architecture and ancient Piedmontese tradition with parts believed to date back to the late 1400s, it exudes an aura of timeless charm and historical significance. The restoration of the ancient building was conceived thanks to a harmonious collaboration between an esteemed architect and the owner, a renowned artist. Only the finest materials have been used, including Luserna stone, Black Beauty granite, hand-finished teak floors and many others. The living room is a truly splendid room, full of character and warmth with a high exposed brick vaulted ceiling with rare plaster sculptures and a characteristic fireplace. Bathroom with shower The stairs lead to the first floor, where there is the master bedroom which has an original terracotta floor dating back to 1919. The bedroom is spacious and has access to a balcony overlooking the charming town and the two main churches, the castles on the hills in the distance, the vineyards and the French, Swiss and Italian Alps. The en-suite bathroom is truly a luxurious room, thanks to its modern design, high quality sanitary ware and Sahara Noir marble Utility room/laundry room Studio: the most beautiful and bright room, spacious with a high beamed wooden ceiling, exposed stone and brick walls and porcelain flooring that looks like natural stone.
