On the ground floor there is a bright living room with large windows and a space dedicated to library or study. The kitchen, equipped with a central island, offers direct access to the outdoor porch. A hallway distributes access to three bedrooms and a full bathroom, highlighting one of the bedrooms that includes an en suite bathroom.

On the first level of the house, there is another spacious living room, also with windows, which features a prominent stone fountain and is connected to a room with direct access to the recreation area and the pool.

This area consists of two large spaces: a heated, covered, and glazed pool, and a leisure area that includes billiards and game machines, as well as a wooden bar reminiscent of a boat. Adjacent to it is the sauna with a bathroom, and not far away, stairs lead to the cellar, recreated in a natural cave.

The barbecue area is located in a separate and adjacent space in the garden.

On the second floor, we are welcomed by a spacious foyer, two spacious rooms, and a bathroom.

The property also has a separate apartment, fully equipped for guests.
