Most new build properties tend to lack charisma and can effectively be quite bland if the Homeowner(s) don't put their stamp on it, I was truly excited with what the owners here have created. If you love colour and bold finishes, you are going to love this property. It has a real feel of "home" from the entrance hallway which does set the scene, leading onto the front aspect Living Room they have created a restful retreat (seeing is believing here) the Kitchen has been reconfigured, to create a better use of space with an impressive breakfast bar with so much worktop surfaces. Integrated appliances which comprise of: AEG microwave, double oven and Electrolux dishwasher. The dining aspect is spacious and cosy and leads out onto the garden. The first floor is impressive and something which grabbed my attention was the resourceful storage cupboard which can house a tumble dryer and laundry storage. The configuration from the developer is on point here. It's roomy, spacious and flows perfectly. Lastly, the owners opted to pinch some of that garage space to create a superb Home Office.
