Estate Samui Properties is a UK/Thai family-run business that opened in 2016 with roots in the Koh Samui property market going back to 2009 when we purchased land and built our own villa for investment in the lucrative holiday rental market.

Our success with holiday rentals in our own villa facilitated our expansion into offering property and villa management services and we soon expanded into offering rental agency services for both long term and holiday rentals.
