Imagine a stunning and welcoming house, restored from an old winery, where the original features have been preserved, creating a balance between rustic and contemporary. Two contrasting buildings, one old and rustic, the other contemporary and independent, divided by an extremely pleasant intimate courtyard.

**Exterior**
One building maintains the original façade of the old winery, carefully restored, with doors and windows framed by the old and original stone. The roof is made of original clay tiles, which give it an authentic charm.

The other is a modern building with large windows letting in natural light, with stunning views of the surrounding vineyards.

**Interior**
The interior reveals the soul of the old winery.

**Walls and ceilings**: Although the walls are all new to provide the necessary comfort, they have an authentic but well-finished appearance. The high ceiling preserves the original wooden beams, now revitalized, creating a feeling of spaciousness and rustic elegance.

**Historical elements**: One of the most striking features is the preservation of the old barrels, which give the room a unique setting and emphasis, now transformed.
The kitchen was brilliantly incorporated into the old wine press, where all the furniture was handcrafted to highlight its refinement and functionality. The press was kept and restored and is the highlight of the kitchen. The lighting was also meticulously created by the builder, with exposed copper pipes but also many points of indirect light.
The original wine press vats were kept and now adapted as niches or display areas.

**Floor**: The floor combines wood and microcement in contrast but provides the desired comfort.

**Layout**
The old main room of the wine cellar was converted into an open living space, combining the living room, kitchen and dining room.
- A large fireplace with a wood burning stove brings the rustic comfort of a fire on winter nights and simultaneously serves as a highlight and beautification point for the main room.

A small powder room and laundry room were created behind the old barrels.
**Bedrooms and Bathrooms**
The 2 bedrooms on the upper floor were adapted to take advantage of the structure of the old wine cellar. One of the bedrooms has a glass wall and a balcony that overlooks the patio between the two buildings.
- Each bedroom has a private bathroom and combines modern materials that fit well with the rustic style of the house.

**Outdoor Spaces**
The patio that connects the two buildings maintains an old well, a heated swimming pool and a shed with a BBQ, but the central piece of decoration is an old orange tree surrounded by a natural stone floor.

**Modern Building**
The second building has a contemporary design but maintains the elements that connect it to the winery building, with many wooden details and handmade inlays.
On the ground floor there is a large garage with a separate entrance; on the first floor there is a one-bedroom apartment complete with bedroom; bathroom; large living room with kitchenette with incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and the Montejunto mountain range in the background.
On the upper floor there is also a huge rooftop where you can enjoy the 360º view.

This house is not just a house; it is a tribute to the past, which embraces the history of the winery, preserving its essence while offering modern comfort and functionality.
