Sat right in the heart of Mold, literally, just off the beaten path sits St Mary's Mews. A small street of apartment buildings, it's close enough to the centre of everything you could possibly need, and yet far enough from the main road that you can have a peaceful home to lay your head.

Directly ahead of the door is the bedroom. With a space for a bed and wardrobe, the room is heated by an electric heater. With a fresh coat of paint, the room will be snug and cozy in no time.

Off to the side of the bedroom sits the bathroom. A standing shower unit is nestled in behind the door with an electric shower heater and a folding screen door. A standing sink and toilet occupy the rest of the bathroom as well as some built in cabinets and shelves, and as a bathroom, it does what is says on the tin.

Back through to the hallway, we turn into the lounge area. A modest sized room where one could fit a comfy sofa and a chair as well as a tv unit and even a desk if one is required.
Again, with a lick of paint and maybe a nice rug to really tie the room together, this could be a nice cozy lounge to relax after a long day.
Off to the side of the lounge stands the kitchenette.to the left of the entry way into the kitchen is an alcove for a washing machine at ground level and a fridge freezer above it. An electric hob and over stand for cooking and adequate storage give this an easy to use, easy to maintain and clean set up. An electric water heater provides hot water throughout the flat for your taps and usage, while ample electrical outlets and provide all the energy points you could possibly ask for.
