The project was directed by the majestic blend of nobility and ease of eternal grand architecture, for the convenience and comfort of residents and visitors.

The building was designed in a Y shape, overlooking Praia Formosa, allowing all apartments to benefit from a panoramic view of the sea, with a 180-degree expanse.

The landscaped and grassed areas on both sides are fully protected by the building. All tall trees planted 50 years ago will be preserved.

This will be a unique project for Madeira real estate, due to its location and the quality of the apartments, allowing owners to explore more than 6,000 square meters of gardens and green areas.

Designed by the renowned architect Carlos Ramos, awarded the Valmor Prize and co-author of the Restelo Stadium in Lisbon, the hotel opened in the early 70s under the Hilton brand. Later, it adopted the name Hotel Madeira Palácio, now known as Madeira Acqua Residences. This particular apartment is on the tenth floor with a definitive view of the sea and Cabo Girão.
