Right in the centre of Panarea Island, just below the emblazoned Hotel Raya, this splendid villa enjoys sea views from the upper terrace, with the Basiluzzo rock and Stromboli in the foreground.
It is an oasis of tranquillity, in fact the garden that surrounds the house on three sides and the lemon house along the fourth side ensure excellent privacy and allow one to fully enjoy the scents and colours of the Mediterranean island.
The house is on one level: the entrance opens onto the living area, with a large fireplace to cheer up even the coldest evenings during the winter season and a kitchenette. A corridor then leads to the sleeping area, with two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside, in front of the main body, there is a room that serves as a storage room, a second bathroom, and a wood-burning oven. Due to its layout, the house can comfortably accommodate 5 or 6 people.
But the real highlight of the property is certainly the marvellous terrace with a panoramic view, which can be accessed via an external staircase from the garden and allows you to admire the sea and the mountain above the district of San Pietro.Pietro's house is built in the characteristic Aeolian style and has retained all its charm over time: the typical reed pergola on wooden beams, a lush garden full of hibiscus, lemons and other indigenous plants, the old wood-burning oven, the brickwork seats throughout the garden and the terrace above, are just some of the elements that characterise Aeolian architecture and that we find in the house.
