In the heart of Turin, in Via Pietro Micca No. 4, inside the beautiful Palazzo Bellia, the first example of Art Nouveau style in the city, designed by architect Carlo Ceppi in 1898 and considered one of the most fascinating and iconic buildings in Turin, we propose a beautiful apartment, recently renovated, located on the third floor, which combines the historical charm of the building with contemporary comfort. The spacious entrance hall, embellished with original cement tiles, leads us to the reception hall, with an adjoining study and opposite the large modern, eat-in kitchen. A guest bathroom and laundry room complete the living area. Continuing, the sleeping area consists of a master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and embellished by an elegant bow-windows. Immediately opposite we find two more bedrooms served by a third bathroom.
The magnificent exterior porticoes lead us toward the nearby Piazza Castello and are characterized by elegant arches supported by columns adorned with capitals all different from each other and with a ceiling, with a floral theme that further enriches its beauty. Palazzo Bellia, with its four slender bow-windows turrets that characterize it, helped to establish the city of Turin as the Italian capital of Art Nouveau.
