Above the hill overlooking the sea of Romagna, in the center of the medieval town, historic palace and illustrious dwelling that has always belonged to a single family: over 800 square meters in which every room tells the story.
We are in Saludecio, a small capital where refined palaces and hamlet hovels have created a style that is both popular and noble at the same time, which has remained intact to this day.
A large church, almost a cathedral, dominates the square; a small but well-kept museum tells the story of the town's art and history; the walls are surrounded by tree-lined avenues and gardens; and the inner streets come alive during the summer thanks to a series of festivals and celebrations.

The property is on several levels: on the ground floor two large rooms provide an entrance to the living area with an eat-in kitchen an additional dining area overlooking a beautiful courtyard where a centuries-old tree stands. The view towards the sea sees the walls of our palace standing on the town walls. There is also a bedroom with its own en suite bathroom.
On the second floor 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a lovely terrace overlooking the courtyard on the ground floor, all surrounded by wisteria that gives color and makes this perimeter very romantic. Two more living rooms, one of which houses the sofa where Garibaldi rested on his passage through Romagna.

The cellar space, as vast as the whole building, could become a luxurious wellness area.
