Our guests enter the property via a modern UPVC door into an entrance lobby & hallway accessing the ground floor rooms, there is a fabulous bright and airy lounge with leather sofa's and a feature large smart TV to enjoy watching your favorite shows or a movie in style!, the separate dining room includes an impressive six seater dining suite, with the additional option of outside dining in the lovely private yard space, when the Sun shines!

On the ground floor, there is an extensive fabulous modern kitchen with appliances, a breakfast bar, and all the usual necessary utensils, including a dishwasher !. We also have a Dolce Gusto espresso machine for our coffee loving guests!

There are three well fitted bedrooms, all with hanging space, the two double bedrooms have king sized beds, with a further single in bedroom 3. Our beds have lovely quality bedding with additional pillows and bath towels for all guests.

On request we can supply a 6th sleeper camp bed and bedding, suitable for children or smaller adults..

The accommodation is heated via a combination gas boiler, and the property is double glazed throughout. We have fast Virgin Media broadband for our guests to use freely.

The location is ideal, being just off Cullercoats Sea Front, where guest can enjoy the vibrant range of coffee shops, bars and restaurants and a walk down to Cullercoats Bay, or a stroll along the stunning Tynemouth Coastline past the Castle and along the renowned Longsands Beach. Whitley Bay is also just a short walk along the front or into the busy town centre. Cullercoats is a fabulous location to explore the local Coastline.
