Our building has a large outdoor area and has a communal pool within the site. There are sunbeds and umbrellas on the pool terrace, as well as various flowers and plants in the garden. There is a cloakroom area at the entrance of the apartment. When we enter inside, we are greeted by an open-plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is fully furnished and the white goods are up to date. There is one shared WC at the entrance. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has 2 en suite bedrooms. There is a separate covered area in front of the lounge with table and chairs in front of it where you can watch the views of Kalkan. The house is duplex and there are 2 bedrooms upstairs. There is a large balcony facing the front of the bedrooms, you can watch the sea and nature views from this balcony. There is another apartment right next to the entrance door of the house, this apartment has its own bathroom and you can use it as a bedroom for your guests or as a warehouse. The building is within walking distance to the centre of Kalkan.
