This unique villa, located in the heart of Kalkan in the Old Town (Eski Çarsi) area, offers stunning sea views with the perfect harmony of blue and green. As you enter through the garden gate, you are greeted by the large veranda of the building. Under the veranda, there is a large table, chairs, and also a barbecue.In front of and behind the building, there are gardens with various plants and trees. As we enter, we are welcomed by a large living room. On our left, there is a separate kitchen, fully equipped with brand new appliances. The kitchen has been renovated and is fully functional. On the ground floor, there is also a shared bathroom. On the first floor, there are two en suite bedrooms, one of which includes a walk-in closet. The balconies of these bedrooms offer sea views, overlooking Kalkan Marina and the Old Town.

On the second floor, we are greeted by two more en suite bedrooms with sea and Old Town views from their balconies, and one of these rooms also has a walk-in closet, just like on the lower floor. When we reach the top floor, there is a single room and a large terrace. This room can be used as a fifth bedroom or a storage area, depending on preference. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and has a barbecue as well.
