Villa is in the centre of Kalkan accessed from a little cobbled side street. All restaurants and shops are within a minutes' walk. It was renovated to the highest specification in 2012 but retains many of the original features, including exposed brickwork and white washed beams.
There are 3 bedrooms all en-suite. Two are doubles and the third is a twin. They are accessed by a spiral staircase.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a balcony which is quite spacious and has wonderful views. It has a super king sized bed. This is a lovely place to sit and have breakfast overlooking the sea and village. It has a superb modern shower/WC.
The second double bedroom en-suite is on the top floor and has far reaching and spectacular views across the bay over to the mountains and across the town. Outside this room there is a large terrace which stretches across the whole length of the building, and it is suitable for sunbathe and relax in total privacy. The views from this room are from large glass windows which are wall to ceiling with doors opening onto the fabulous terrace.
The terrace has a large shaded area, a private sunbathing area and a rooftop complex consisting of a third shower/WC room. The views at night, with the lights of Kalkan twinkling from the roof top restaurants are a sight that will be remembered for many years.
The third bedroom is a very pretty twin en-suite bedroom on the first floor. The open plan dining kitchen is fully fitted with high quality kitchen furniture and appliances. The seating area is very comfortable and leads directly out to the lower terrace area with a plunge pool. The outside seating area is a unique walled private courtyard which has great character and charm. It has scented flowers growing up the walls, it is very pretty, has many comfortable chairs and a marble topped table for outside dining and a Jacuzzi pool to cool off in.
