A new, modern village GREY STONE VILLAS, where sustainable design meets high functionality and excellent energy efficiency.

The new house is located in peaceful Dzilnuciems, next to Pinki, which is within arm's reach of the heart of the capital, and the sea and the airport are 15 minutes away. Nearby is a scenic pine forest with a strip of Baltic Sea dunes, which will allow you to relax from the hustle of the city.

Currently, GRAY STONE VILLAS is one of the highest quality private house villages near Riga, Latvia, which also surprises with its energy efficiency. The project meets the requirements of a "near-zero energy building", which means that the monthly maintenance does not exceed 200 EUR. In addition, if you go away and turn off all systems, then the bills will be close to zero.This is possible thanks to a well-thought-out choice of technologies, such as the Bosch ground-source heat pump with underfloor heating, which is considered the most efficient, affordable and modern home heating solution at the moment. Also, the villas include a recovery system with air humidity control, which will ensure a constant ideal climate and humidity level, without worrying about the loss of heated air.

High-quality aluminum glass window constructions with three glass packages without horizontal divisions are also of great importance - they will provide excellent thermal insulation.

GRAY STONE VILLAS is located in the lazy Dzilnuciems, which is next to Pinki.
