The condominium in which Anya is found is built on a promontory, the little bulb of land directly underneath the park of Monte Catalfano. This means that the water is just 150m away on three sides, while on the fourth is the dramatic cliff face of the little mountain.

Right around the corner is the famous 'Arco Azzurro', a rock arch that extends over the sea which will be immediately recognisable to an entire generation of Italians, thanks to its role as backdrop to a famous advert for the Baci Perugina chocolate brand. Elsewhere along the headland, the rocky coast is filled with charming rocky coves and beautiful sandy bays. And with the bright lights of Palermo clearly visible across the Gulf, you know you're never far from the action of Sicily's biggest city.


Spacious Three-bedroom Interior
The roomy apartment is divided into three double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen-diner and a bathroom, plus a storeroom and a couple of little hallways. In total there is more than a hundred square metres of living space.

The nicest spot of all is perhaps outside the apartment, as the 25 metre-long balcony wraps around the western sides of the building. Perfect for enjoying the region's famous sunsets. And with more than enough space for a table and chairs out there you can even take the opportunity to eat al fresco in the comfort of your own home.
