Exceptional views from a south facing position that bathes in sunshine, positioned in the traditionally styled Le Crêt area of the village of Montriond, next to Morzine.

You can drive to the slopes at the Ardent/Lindarets bubble in about 10 minutes, into the centre of the village in 3 minutes, or the centre of Morzine in 8 minutes.

Built in 2008, to a very high standard by a renowned local constructor the chalet has been maintained in excellent condition ever since and shows very little sign of wear.

Traditional construction styles meet a spacious modern layout over 3 floors with 400 metres squared of enclosed space, including an entrance hall with separate WC, and a bright double height living area fronted by a deep balcony with outdoor dining area, stone barbecue, and a hot tub.

The L-shaped layout flows from the modern kitchen, into a dining space and then to a lounge with an open hearth wood burning fireplace. A door leads into a bar area that also doubles as a gym, and has a boot room equipped with boot dryers. Beyond this is the very large garage that has space for a car, bikes and sports equipment.

The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom is on the upper floor, accessed via a mezzanine reading area. French doors open onto a private balcony and the beautiful views.

At garden level there are 3 large double bedrooms with ensuites and a bedroom with 4 built-in wooden bunks, that also has its own ensuite. Also on this level is the sauna with relaxation area, sink, shower and separate WC.

The chalet has an office space on the ground floor, and a technical services room on the garden level.

Underfloor heating and hot water are provided by a geothermal system.
