The proposed residential development scheme (PRDS) comprises 4no. dwellings, together with associated infrastructure works. All of the dwellings will be open market. The dwellings are designed to adopt the form of a group of traditional barns.

Plots 1-3 & 5 comprise detached 2-storey, 4-bed dwellings. Plots 1 & 2 are approximately 151-sq. m. (1,625-sq. ft.) each; Plot 3 is approximately 150-sq. m. (1,615-sq. ft.) and Plot 5 is approximately 152-sq. m. (1,641-sq. ft.). Plots 1 & 2 have single garages and Plots 3 & 5 have double garages.
