Description

Mark Holloway of Propertynest is delighted to bring this fabulous chain free three/four bedroom family home to the market.

Upon entering this property you get the sense that it has been happily lived in for many years. A spacious entrance hallway leads you into the study/fourth bedroom, guest cloakroom, lounge and kitchen/diner.

The fourth bedroom/study has a range of fitted office furniture and benefits from facing the front garden. The guest cloakroom is of decent proportions and there is a very spacious lounge complete with fireplace and bay window as well as access to the kitchen/diner.

The kitchen is spacious and has a range of base and eye level units and overlooks the rear garden. There is room for a dining table and there is access to the heated and lit conservatory which in turn has a solid brick built base and double doors leading into the garden.

To the first floor can be found a spacious landing area which leads to the three bedrooms, master, guest double and a single, as well as to the family bathroom that has been changed to provide a walk in shower.

Both front and rear gardens are a delight with lawned and bordered areas. There are mature apple trees in the rear garden and a fenced off pond area as well as a shed, greenhouse and pergola area. The rear garden can also be accessed from the driveway.

As well as plenty of parking available on the driveway there is also a garage. There is the possibility of extending the rear of the property subject to all the necessary planning requirements.

A Waitrose supermarket, local shops, public house, playground and open spaces as well as schools of all ranges are within walking distance.

Yateley itself has a lot of of amenities for all age ranges. Sporting wise there are hockey, cricket, football and walking football clubs and there is even a bowls club.

Green spaces are in ample supply with Yateley Common, Castle Bottom and Yateley Green all nearby for recreation.

Two comprehensive schools alongside numerous well thought of Junior and Primary schools provide for the educational needs as well as there being two private schools. A little further afield and you will find the well thought of Wellington College.

In terms of transport the M3 is a short drive away giving access to South West London as well as the South West, the M4 is a little further and takes you either into West London or towards Wales. Trains can be taken from Reading into Paddington or Fleet into Waterloo.
