The property is situated 2 km from Fuensanta and about 12 km from Martos in the province of Jaen, Andalucia, Spain. It is in a good location not far from the nearest town with shops, bars and restaurant but in the countryside. The front of the property is set back from the road so it has a grape vine covered area in front of the main door. Lots of modernising has been done, making the house usable from day one with a large kitchen and dining area. The front door opens into the good size sitting room with a wood burner. The stairs to first floor are on the right and the kitchen diner straight ahead. On through the kitchen is an area with the back door a guest toilet and another door to a large storage room (which could become a garage.) This room has an access door to a small patio or opened up to create a larger, semi/covered patio. Upstairs there are built in cupboards all along one wall, all three bedrooms have en suites and there is a covered terrace with lovely views of the valley.
