Approached from outside, there is a walled front garden plus a five-bar gate leading to a large gravel driveway, parking area in front of the garage.

Once inside, there is a formal entrance hall at the front, in addition to a second entrance hall at the rear for more day-to-day use. Accomodation downstairs comprises sitting room with fireplace, dining room, office, large family-sized kitchen/breakfast room, utility room and separate WC.

Rising to the first floor, there is a landing with doors leading to all rooms. There are four bedrooms, a family bathroom, and an en-suite shower room to bedroom one.

Outside at the rear, there is a lovely garden that offers complete privacy. It is mainly laid to lawn, but there is also a large patio area immediately outside accessed from the kitchen/breakfast room. There is access all around the property leading to the front.

Location
Pewsey is a popular and thriving village surrounded by beautiful rolling Wiltshire countryside. One significant highlight is that Pewsey has its own mainline train station, with London Paddington reachable in just over an hour.

The village centre is about 5-10mins walk from the front door, and the train station is about 15mins walk.

The village has many amenities including local shops, Co-op supermarket, post office, eateries, schools and leisure centre. The village also has excellent road links (A303/M3/M4) as well as being a 15 minute drive from popular market towns of Marlborough and Devizes.
