Description

Location

Dinglewood the apartment complex is located on Ladybrook Road, which can be accessed via both Manor Road and Bramhall Park Road. The leafy conservation area location is considered by many as one of Bramhall’s premier roads, with some house prices being worth well over £1m. Easy access into Cheadle Hulme Village is a reason many love this location, as you can walk to the high street via Ladybrook Road and Par Road onto Station Road, or straight onto Manor Road and then onto Station Road, where you will find a wealth of local amenities including Waitrose plus popular eateries and commuter links such as Cheadle Hulme Train Station and bus routes.

Communal Gardens

The complex is one of the best in terms of being well cared for, and the beauty is, the gardens are looked after as part of the quarterly maintenance fee. You have lovely lawned areas between and around the two apartment blocks, and a resin bond pathway leading to communal entrance. The complex is surrounds by mature trees and shrubs, so you get a real sense of living in the Bramhall Park Area, and you have resident only parking, plus a garage included in the sale of this property.

The Apartment

Whilst reading this description we would advise you study the photographs and floor plans to get a better understanding of the design, style, layout, and size of the apartment, although we also recommend you arrange to view the apartment to get the best feel of this lovely home.
The apartment is positioned on the second floor (top floor) and at this point it would be worth noting there is no lift. You first enter the apartment via the front door which leads you into a spacious hallway, where you will find storage cupboard facilities and access to most of the rooms.
At the bottom of the hall, you enter the large inviting lounge diner, which boasts impressive measurements. (See floorplan) There is a box bay window to the front aspect, with Westerly aspect, and ample space as you will see on the photographs for both a lounge sitting area and space to house a dining table. Off the spacious lounge/diner you also have access to a sit out balcony, which offers the chance to grab fresh air without having to leave the apartment. The Westerly facing aspect of this balcony could also be considered perfect for the afternoon and early evening sunshine.
The kitchen is also located off the lounge diner and is fully fitted with a range of quality base and eye level units with fitted appliances. These include a double over, electric hob, fridge freezer and sink set within the marble design work surfaces. There is a window looking out to the wooded area between Dinglewood and The Dingle.

Then off the hallway you have three bedrooms in terms of how the apartment was built. Two are double bedrooms both of which have fitted bedroom furniture and windows overlooking the same wooded area as the kitchen (described above) whilst the third bedroom is a multifunctional room which many owners use as a study, hobby room, laundry room, utility type room, or we have seen one which converted the third bedroom to a extra shower room. The choice of use is yours! But the extra room is brilliant and adds a very useful extra dimension to the living accommodation.
Finally, the bathroom is located off the hallway and is fitted with a panel front bath with shower over, wash hand basin and low-level WC. There are storage units beneath the sink in the bathroom and two windows which look out over towards the front aspect of the building, which allow extra natural light into the room.
The property is fully double glazed and has a gas central heating boiler with radiator system.
