The property "Sunlauki" is located in a picturesque, sea - surrounded and beautiful place of Latvia - Mersrags, about 700 m behind the lighthouse of M rsrags, in the direction of the Upesgriva.
The pine forest trail takes you to the very sea coast, which is only 250 m walk from the property "Sunlauki". The seascape, fresh air, the rustle of waves, the smell of forest and moss, allow you to fully enjoy the peace of people seeking it.
This is the first house of the 5 houses planned in the project, which in the future will form a local and new house complex in the Mersrags neighborhood. Each house plans its own design story without losing the overall sense of composition.

House "Sunlauki" is located on a plot of land surrounded by a pine forest with an area of 0.5 ha (5000 m2). The newly constructed Smilsu street provides easy access to the property. From Smilsu iela to the property built an internal driveway with a platform for parking cars.

Houses "Sunlauki" are built according to an individually developed project. The total area of the building is 129.6 m2, of which 107.8 M2 is living space and 21.8 m2 is outdoor space. In the central part of the house there is a closed glazed veranda, which divides the house into 2 parts, thus separating the living area from the sleeping area. In cooler weather, the veranda can be closed with sliding windows. In addition, the spaciousness and brightness of the house are created by high-quality panoramic windows. The house has a kitchen area with built-in kitchen furniture and appliances - cooker, oven, fridge.

- Closed glazed veranda under the roof - 15.8 sqm

But the outdoor area consists of:
- Backyard terrace - 17.7 sqm
- Porch - 4.1 sqm
Currently, the backyard area is being greened. In the backyard area, pines are pruned, while in the rest of the outer area, the natural forest landscape is preserved.

The structure of the house is made of wooden carcass on a slab foundation, exterior decoration - painted spruce. The roof of the house is covered with tiles throughout. The house is handed over with a built-in bathroom and white finish.

Communications: a borehole is made on the land plot, sewerage is installed and 3-phase electricity is connected. The House has a heat pump (Alpha Innotec 6kW air-water), as well as a Jotul furnace. Home installed: solar panel system 8.0 kW (solar PV module-Jinko Solar JKM470M-7rl3-V monocrystal).

An auxiliary building of 13.3 sqm has been built in the territory of" Sunlauki", which is intended for storage of property or installation of a workshop or for some other needs.
