With views of the Mediterranean for as far as the eye can see, Villa Vedra makes the most of its south coast setting. Conceived by Romano Arquitectos, the villa's cubic form - comprising generous living spaces and light-flooded bedrooms - frames show-stopping vistas that captivate from day until dusk.

Inside, interiors draw on sixties-inspired design. Open-plan living flows effortlessly from one space to the next, while a vast wall of glazing draws coastal views inward to connect to the landscape. A peaceful feel is curated with a muted material palette; splinted concrete walls, dark wood details and natural stone. The kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances for an elevated experience, all set within sleek clean cabinetry. Beige stone countertops, paired with a matching backsplash and breakfast bar, lend a sculptural quality to the space.

Outdoor living comes to the fore here, with multiple terraces that extend into the villa's private grounds. From the outdoor bar and dining area, steps lead down to lush, landscaped lawn, a Laterna Garden and shimmering pool. A standout setting, views of verdant landscape stretch towards the coastline. With grounds spanning over 2,000 square metres, there's ample space to switch off, entertain or take in the sunset over Es Vedra.

Four bedroom suites are thoughtfully designed, with calming sea or countryside views and direct outdoor access. En suite bathrooms serve each room - one with a freestanding bathtub directly facing the sea; the others with rainfall showers. A versatile study doubles as a fifth bedroom, with an additional bathroom for added convenience. There is a further outdoor shower for cooling off.
