This group of buildings retains a bygone rustic flavour once common in this area, respecting the nature of the property featuring external exposed stone walls and floors, roof with exposed chestnut beams, rafters and beautiful terracotta flooring. The property is equipped with a gas-fired heating system, pellet stoves and air conditioning.

The main farmhouse building is a large stone building set over two levels entered via the original wooden door into a large entrance hall with stone stairwell and access to a bathroom, spacious living room opening onto the covered patio and well appointed kitchen with feature kitchen island which opens onto the fabulous patio area to the rear of the property featuring a wood-burning bread oven, ideal for outdoor dining and moments of relaxation. The first floor landing leads to four large bedrooms and a well appointed bathroom with shower.

The second former barn is also set over two levels which has been renovated and used as an annex comprising to the ground floor, a large open space with a summer kitchen and bathroom opening onto the patio area overlooking the swimming pool.
