The land slopes down towards the bottom of a valley which feeds into the Tyrrhenian Sea at the coastal town of Campofelice di Roccaella.

The majority of the estate is woodland, home to a diverse range of trees and wildlife. The emptier pastures open up on the lower slopes to give a fabulous view of the sea in the middle distance, 8 kilometres away and about 400m downhill.

HAVEN OF BIODIVERSITY
You will find the soil fertile, with olive oil produced from trees in this region considered to be of particularly high quality. You will also find a wide variety of trees and bushes, many of which bear fruit and nuts of all varieties. The land is home to numerous species of bird as well as hares, lizards and small mammals.

LESWS THAN HALF AN HOUR TO THE BEACH
While the drive into Collesano is no more than six or seven minutes, you will also find it very easy to reach the towns at sea level. Both Campofelice and Lascari have lovely stretches of coastline, and the famous resort of Cefalù is only a 35 minute drive. Palermo and its international airport can be reached in an hour.
