Description
Directions: From Market Drayton town centre proceed out along Shropshire Street, continue into Shrewsbury Road and after around one mile and just after Sainsburys local, take the left turn into Buntingsdale Road. Continue along, take the third left into Wordsworth Drive and after driving past Tennyson Close, you will see the driveway on the left, leading up to the property.
As I walked around this beautiful property, I could not help thinking, what more could you possibly want from your new home and to make things even better, the lovely position will impress, as you look out across the Shropshire countryside as far as Market Drayton golf course. As you approach the house, it looks like an average sized detached bungalow, but once inside, it opens into a large four bedroom detached house, with upside down living accommodation, so if you have been searching for something a little different, then 29 Wordsworth Drive will not disappoint. The gardens have been carefully landscaped by the present owners with shaped lawns, patio areas, a wide variety of maturing trees and off the dining room is a balcony, where you can enjoy the views. From every window facing the rear elevation, the countryside views really do impress and there is a great feeling of privacy.
The full living accommodation comprises: reception hall, cloakroom, lounge, dining room, study, modern fitted breakfast/kitchen, utility room and the ground floor houses a reception hall, bedroom one with en-suite shower room, bedroom two has an en-suite shower room, two further bedrooms, family bathroom, gas central heating, uPVC double glazed windows, good sized landscaped gardens, driveway, parking and double garage.
We would like to point out, around the gardens are plenty of exterior power points and water taps.
Market Drayton is a small market town in north Shropshire, close to the Welsh Border. It is on the River Tern, between Shrewsbury and Stoke-on-Trent, and was formerly known as "Drayton in Hales" (c. 1868) and earlier simply as "Drayton" (c. 1695). Market Drayton is on the Shropshire Union Canal and on Regional Cycle Route 75. The A53 road by-passes the town. The counties of Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Welsh Border are close by.
Market Drayton has a lot to offer including all the beautiful architecture, street market every Wednesday, Cinema, public houses, a variety of restaurants, swimming baths, nursery, primary, secondary and sixth form colleges.
