This traditional villa is located in a quiet street close to the Granadella Nature Reserve. Both from the villa and from the poolside terrace you can enjoy panoramic views of Jávea bay, Cabo San Antonio, the Montgó and inland. At the level of the street side there is a carport with a storage room and a pedestrian entrance. A few steps down is the entrance to the house. You enter a hallway that leads into the living room. There is a lounge with a fireplace and a dining area. Adjacent on the right is the kitchen which has direct access to a lovely south-facing terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. To the left of the living room there is a large naya where you can enjoy the beautiful views. On the same floor there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom. A few steps higher is a second double bedroom with a small bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a study and a large balcony. The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and has a sun terrace with a large swimming pool. Just 10 minutes away you can reach the sandy beach and the lively promenade the Arenal where there are plenty of great restaurants and bars. At 10 minutes' walking distance you reach the nature reserve where you can make several beautiful walks including a walk to the idyllic little beach of Granadella.
