Knaresborough for those of you less familiar with the town is one of the most sought after locations to live in North Yorkshire. It has excellent schools, beautiful river walks and easy connectivity for the commuters by rail and road. If not all the bedrooms in the home were required for sleeping the third bedroom would make a wonderful home office or study. The principle bedroom is of course the pick, the largest room with a bank of in built wardrobes and plenty of light from the windows. It is a good sized space for bedroom but at the same time very homely. The bedrooms are serviced by the impressive house bathroom with floor to ceiling tiling and a large bath with shower overhead.
Externally we have touched on the front lawn but the back garden is a real sun trap with a large patio ideal for the Summer BBQ and al fresco dining. The property is well fenced so ideal for pets and younger ones and again mainly laid to turf.
