Personal Statement
We have lived in this lovely family home for nearly 20 years.
We found it to be in the perfect location making full use of the beautiful countryside on our doorstep, enjoying dog walks and cycling tracks on the north downs way. Equally, it is handy having the station, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. It is also very convenient having the M25 within a 5 minute drive.
Living at the end of this cul-de-sac has been very peaceful, quiet and private, with the house situated behind a magnificent fir tree. The neighbours are all lovely and there have been occasional street parties and afternoon cream teas.
We have thoroughly enjoyed the secluded garden for BBQs, pool parties and badminton or just simply watching the sun go down with a glass of wine.
We will be very sad to leave this house and hope the new owners enjoy the house as much as we have.
