This ancient home, which preserves its historical authenticity and old-world charm, is located in the area of Ditella (or Iditella), a secluded and quiet area but at the same time only a few minutes' walk from the port and the centre of Panarea.
Its old structure, the ceilings about 4 metres high and the thick stone walls guarantee excellent thermal insulation.
From every room and from the terraces you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the small archipelago of Panarea formed by many small islands that darken at sunset and in the background the imposing and evocative view of Stromboli with its always active volcano and the night-time spectacle of its incredible and extraordinary eruptions.
The house is on two levels.
On the ground floor there is a terrace and entrance hall, living room/kitchen with antique fireplace and bathroom.
On the upper floor, connected by an external staircase and an internal staircase, two magnificent large bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom and terrace, very panoramic and with fitted wardrobes.
The house also has an outdoor green area of approximately 200 square metres, which offers the possibility of a possible extension to create another bedroom.
The ground floor overlooks the outdoor area/garden, which slopes down towards the sea side.
