LOCATION
Old Moulsham is an incredibly popular area of Chelmsford, offering the 'London Living' feeling, without the hefty price tag attached. Moulsham Street offers an eclectic mix of independent, shops, bars, restaurants and 'proper pubs', whilst the City Centre with its vast array of shops, places to dine and leisure facilities including two cinemas and a number of gyms is within walking distance. For those that want to get into London, our mainline station will have you to Stratford within around 25 minutes or Liverpool Street in around half an hour. You can also pick up the Elizabeth Line at Shenfield which is only one or two stops away.
