Building one, set over two levels, has been very nicely renovated retaining much character including original chestnut beams, stone walls, wood and terracotta detail, accessed via a spacious covered loggia leading to the traditional style kitchen/dining room, laundry room and bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor hallway with a second entrance via a small bridge and two bedrooms, one of which features a most characterful original stone fireplace from its former use as a kitchen. This charming building has been used as guest quarters for several years and is surrounded by terraced land and olive grove with very pleasant views overlooking the valley.

Building two is now a ruin in need of total restoration, surrounded by flat land, again enjoying splendid valley views.
