Seller's Comment:
This apartment was perfect for us being first time buyers! Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was something we didn’t think we needed initially but they turned out to be much needed additions. Both bedrooms could easily fit a double bed and both bathrooms have showers, one of which is newly installed and is less than six months old.
The size of the kitchen is really unexpected even with a big table and chairs there is still plenty of space.
The bonus of two car park spaces also sold us on this property but most importantly what really sold us was the huge bay windows. They let so much light in and block out any noise. The view out to all the planes is definitely a positive and we constantly have guests who just sit and watch out and are mesmerised by it all.
We love the location it’s so easy to get to Farnborough Main train station either walking or getting the bus as the stop is only on the road behind. On that bus route you can also go straight into Camberley and Aldershot. The town is in easy walking distance and you even have North Camp in the other direction for parks and other amenities.
We have ultimately loved living here and it will always be a special place for us as it was our first home.

This apartment is simply lovely! It's bright and airy with nice big windows and cracking views! The rare selling point here is that it has a kitchen/dining room which you just don't see often with an apartment! The location is super convenient being so close to the town, and the transport links! Come and see it!

Area Comment:
Farnborough is a popular and busy town that is very well served for commuting with nearby access to junctions 4 & 4A of the M3, as well as having Farnborough Main train station with direct trains to London, and also Farnborough North station. The town centre is very well equipped with various shops, restaurants and leisure facilities as well as many other local amenities. There is a great selection of local schools and colleges including Farnborough Sixth Form and Farnborough College of Technology nearby.
