The property then boasts a separate annexe, adjacent to the main house. This annexe boasts a lounge/kitchen, modern bathroom and bedroom. A door from the lounge opens to the terrace, as mentioned previously. This annexe could be used for visiting family & friends or as a rental property. The annexe currently has an approved tourist licence and the previous summer was fully booked from June till the end of the September.
The villa has undergone a great deal of renovation work, including new wiring, new roof and a damp proof course. There is also an excellent WiFI connection.
