EA Masters partners with the leading UK property data agency TwentyEA. They examine millions of individual property transactions over a 6-month period. The estate agent who is responsible for the transaction is scored against strict criteria.

Agents which score well:

· Demonstrate they have experience of selling more properties compared with their competition. Market share

· Have more exchange triggers and low levels of withdrawals and fall-throughs compared with other agents in their area. Sales
