We love being just a 5-minute walk from the cafes, restaurants, and pubs of Clifton, as well as the beautiful harbourside of Bristol. We cannot imaerty was its spaciousness and abundant natural light. Despitegine a better location in Bristol. What attracted us to this prop being a two-floor flat, it offers the feel of a house. The primary bedroom boasts stunning views that span the harbour, Bristol city centre, and the distant hills. The large spare bedroom has been an ideal home office, thanks to the area's tranquillity. The building consists of just two flats, so there are no hidden management fees.

The street is quiet with no through-traffic, and we have never had any issues parking on our road. Last year, we took a 6-month career break to travel around the world. During this time, we easily rented out the property at a great monthly rate, which covered our mortgage and provided extra income for our trip. This highlights the property's appeal and its value as both an investment and a home. Over the past five years, this home has given us so much. We have enjoyed renovating it and are confident that it will bring the next owners as much happiness as it has brought us.
