The property is situated on one of Weymouth's most sought after locations for trading, being less than a minutes walk from the Esplanade and sea front with direct pedestrian access to the beach. A ten minute walk takes you into the town centre which offers a variety of local and chain retail stores along with the numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. Both the Weymouth Community Hospital and St John's church are on the doorstep. The train station is not far with links to London Waterloo or Bristol Temple Meads via Dorchester. The other end of the town has the picturesque working harbour which never disappoints and is a lovely way to spend a few hours watching the day go by.
