On the second floor is what we could consider the main bedroom with large window offering views to the rear and built in wardrobes, one of which also offers walk in access to the remaining loft space.

The Rear Garden has been carefully landscaped with a decking area found immediately outside the house. Accessed via the Dining Room or Kitchen and with a metal framed pergola over it, this is a great seating and entertaining space for the Spring and Summer which will be here before you know it. Steps lead down to a lawned area with patio path to one side (leading to personal door into the garage) and raised borders. A side gate means you can access the front of the garage easily and also bring things into the garden without having to go through the house. The garden backs onto school fields, so is therefore not overlooked and more than likely to remain that way.

Parking is available by a drive to the front for 1-2 cars (depending on size) and a shared drive leads down the side of the house to the garage.

All in all we think this is a great family home for someone who needs three useable bedrooms without having to go to the expense of buying a four bed to avoid the box room.
