The village of Glatton is about 1.5 miles to the west of the A1(M) and about 10 miles south of Peterborough. Sawtry is about 1.5 miles to the south and offers a range of shops, as well as a primary and secondary school. Peterborough is the main regional centre with a full range of educational, recreational and shopping facilities, as well as a mainline rail link to London King’s Cross with a publicised journey time of about 50 minutes. Huntingdon, about 14 miles to the south, also provides regular rail services to London.
