The newly fitted bathroom has a w/c, wash hand basin and shower over the bath.
The house has Virgin Media Business Wi-Fi Broadband included in the rent with each room having its own TV Aerial. The basement is the largest bedroom in the house and like the rest of the house had new carpets fitted during the 2012 renovation.
We also cover the cost of Water to Severn Trent Water at approximately £600 and Council Tax if you are a student, but if you are working and/or a young professional this is your responsibility to pay this Council Tax liability direct to Cheltenham Borough Council.
All rooms have double or three quarter beds in the rooms and are evenly sized for tenant harmony !!
Our contracts are usually based on a minimum of 50 week contract beginning the 12th of July 2023 to allow for extensive cleaning once the last tenants leave but we are flexible if the tenants need to move in before for Work Placements, Jobs or Uni Exam resits.
The rooms are evenly sized, however the basement room and the Ground Floor rooms are bigger and priced accordingly at £135.The deposit is set at £300 each person because we trust our tenants and ask them to be clean, tidy and respectful to your home and our property.
